and the individual or legal entity making the purchase of digital products (the buyer), the following has been exposed and agreed upon:

Article 1: Object and General Provisions

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) apply to all sales of digital products made on the henry-pessar.com website store and are an integral part of the contract between the buyer and the seller. Editions Lourenço reserves the right to modify these at any time by publishing a new version on its website. The applicable GTCs are those in force on the date of payment of the order. These GTCs are available on the company's website at the following address: www.henry-pessar.com.

The customer declares and acknowledges having perfect knowledge of these GTCs before placing an order. Placing an order on the website constitutes full and complete adherence, without reservation, to these GTCs, with the customer having to tick the box "I have read and accept the General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC)" before proceeding to payment. Any sale will be governed automatically by these GTCs.

Article 2: Essential characteristics of the products and services sold

The henry-pessar.com website sells books and photos in digital format. At the end of the order, the customer will receive a file in PDF format without DRM for books and in JPEG format for photos.

Article 3: Price

​

The prices of our products are indicated in euros, all taxes included (VAT). VAT is not applicable in accordance with Article 293 B of the CGI No. SIRET 494 278 906 00040 (self-entrepreneur code).

Editions Lourenço reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the product will be invoiced based on the rate in effect at the time of order validation.

Article 4: Product availability period

The purchased products are available for download as soon as payment is confirmed.

To place an order on our website, choose your items and add them to the cart. Validate the contents of your cart.

If you already have a customer account on our site, please identify yourself.

If you do not have a customer account on our site, you will be prompted to create one when placing your order.

Validate your payment.

You will receive an email confirming your order at the email address you provided when you created your customer account.

The digital products sold on the henry-pessar.com website are only available for download.

Article 7: Payment terms

Payment is made by credit card or PAYPAL.

Article 8: Right of withdrawal

​

In accordance with the law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the execution of which has begun after express prior agreement of the consumer and express waiver of his right of withdrawal.

Article 9: Refund terms and conditions

​

No refund is possible for a product that has already been downloaded. Editions Lourenço may, however, issue a refund in the event of a duplicate purchase by the customer.
